About Us
The Crop & Carrot Tack Shop opened its
doors in 1995 to the central Massachusetts horse community. Chris Palin,
owner and visionary, imagined a place where practical horse products met
outstanding customer service. The combination has worked!
The original store of
1500 sq. feet has expanded over the years to 3200 and now includes a
separate building. The Dressing Room features a wide variety of rider
needs such as: boots, helmets, breeches, outerwear, and jewelry. From
backyard rider to elite athlete, we can accommodate.
All your horse’s
needs are still contained in our original store; including a huge
selection of Western, English, endurance, and Australian saddles. The
employees are always researching and trying out the many health and
grooming products we sell.
The Crop & Carrot,
its owners, and employees stand behind all the products we sell. We ARE
horse people and are ready to educate and assist whether you are a first
time horse owner, horse lover, or have been in the industry for years.

Return
Policy
We designed our return policy with
you, the customer, in mind. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your
purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange.
If you need to make a return
within 7 days of receiving:

We do
recommend that you insure your returns, as The Crop and Carrot Tack Shop
is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not accept COD.
Once we have received your return we will call or email you and will
refund or exchange your order within 2-5 business days. Please remember
that debit/credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to post into
your account.

If you
are in the central Massachusetts area, return your purchase to the address
above. If you have a receipt we will be happy to give you a full refund.
If you do not have one, we will issue you a store credit in the full
amount of your purchase.
To help us and our manufacturers,
please save any packaging or tags that go with your purchase. If you
receive a purchase that has damaged packaging, contact us immediately at
1-877-885-0255.

merchandise without contacting us.
ALL special orders are subject to
the manufacturer’s shipping and restocking fees.
